    Hi all,
Good to see the efforts being put by all of you to manitain a site like this for Yamuna Vihar.
    About me:
Though I don’t live in Yamuna Vihar now but, I have a strong emotional relationship with this area because, I’ve spent around 26years of my life in this area only. Now for the last few years, I’m out of Delhi.

Areas of improvement for Yamuna Vihar:
    1. Regular Patrolling of police round the clock. A lot of thefts have been happening off late in this area.
    2. A healthy environment for girls. Girls still don’t feel absolute freedom, when they are out of their home. There are quite a big number of eve teasures around. We need to put a check on this.
    3. All or most of the playgrounds have been converted into gardens. Need to strike a balance between the two. To add more on to this, we can restrict usage of parks and gardens to th residents and their friends & relatives, this can actually be a 2nd step.

We should encourage more residents to be aware of this site and can gradually improve this to become a full fledged social portal for the residents.

Thanks to the creator and vistiors of this site.
    Cheers

    Hello,
I have been living in Yamuna Vihar since last six years,But I am not happy here.It is because of the traffic problems.Any route you go through, you will find hell of the traffic.Even inside main road of c-block,people does not understand how to park their vehicle. The shops, subzimandi, restaurants, hawkers, kabaries…all are messup. If we want to do something for this area, this is the first thing,in my view.I appreciate your efforts and sentiments for this area.Keep it up.
