He has taken a wonderful first step and we can take onus on to ourselves to add more contents, social blogs, complains etc. How about a get together with the owner of the website and there we can decide to take steps forward for serving people better with useful contents. I'm sure people like you can really make a difference to organise, add and classify content in a better way. How to have driving license made, requirement, where forms are available. Info about shops in area with phone no.s. List of schools in area. etc etc etc. In other words something people can really use everyday and feel thankful to the site. Any web site is good only if it is useful to people.
